All sessions will provide a meal for the children with an opportunity for the family to have access to early help support, above and beyond the fun filled activities. Support around mental health and wellbeing, confidence building, COVID 19, financial/debt management, progress into work etc.
Any family that you feel may benefit can be referred however the families eligible for income based free school meals will be given priority places.

Home Start, District wide
Home-Start is a national charity with schemes in hundreds of local communities. We recruit and train volunteers to help families with at least one child under eleven. Our volunteers, who know about being a parent, support other parents by visiting them in their own homes for a couple of hours each week. We also run special family groups and hold social events for families.
Home-Start provides a service which is district wide and is open to parents of children up to the age of 11 years.
This leads to an individual learning plan which can enhance a CV and demonstrate employability.
